TEMPO MADISON APPLICATION PROCESS
Membership in TEMPO Madison is by invitation from the TEMPO Madison Board. If you wish to nominate someone for membership, please complete a TEMPO Madison Membership Application:

Self-nominations are also accepted. To be considered by the Board, applications must either be endorsed by at least one TEMPO Madison member or by a member of the Membership Committee.
Each quarter, applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee and weighed against the membership criteria. Those recommended for membership are presented to the Board of Directors for approval. All nominees will be contacted about their application status and a formal invitation to join will be extended to applicants approved for membership.

TEMPO Madison's Brand Promise is to help foster connections of influence among women leaders in the Greater Madison Area from diverse backgrounds and experiences in order to provide support, advice, resources, information and friendships.
The typical TEMPO Madison member shares the following traits:
• 10+ years professional experience
• 5+ years executive level professional experience
• Decision-making responsibility for staff and budget
• Direct access to the organization's top executive
• Leadership in professional and/or civic organizations
We offer monthly program luncheons, evening and weekend networking activities, member interest groups, special events, and an interactive Website.
We regularly survey our members for feedback to ensure continued member value and delivery of our brand promise. We greatly value our members' input.
