You must choose and schedule the spa service of your choice directly with the spa (reserve with a credit card), by calling (888 - 735-8181). For a menu of services, go online to the spa tab. Be sure to print out the “spa health intake form” to bring along.  The spa suggests you reserve asap. The spa is open to us from 9am to 9pm.
Car pool meeting place is the park & ride at the end of Parmenter Street  (4340 Parmenter St, Middleton, WI 53562). The spa is an hour drive from the park and ride.
Sundara provides a big fluffy robe and slippers for the day. Just bring your swimsuit.
The spa experience usually begins with a 30-minute Purifying Bath Ritual ¬– a five-step self-guided treatment designed to cleanse the skin and clear the mind before our spa service. This ritual includes:
•      Rainfall shower and exfoliation (Sundara Sandstone Body Polish provided)
•      Soothing body mist before stepping into the steam room with aromas of rose and sandalwood
•      Cooling rainfall shower
•      Essential oil-infused hot pool with hydro jets
•      Cool plunge pool to benefit circulation
We then retreat to the adjacent Relaxation Lounge.
