Yes, I Will Wisconsin:  Saving lives by launching a Donor Registry and hosting the 2010 National Kidney Foundation U.S. Transplant Games®

The goal of the Yes, I Will Wisconsin campaign is to increase awareness of the critical need for more organ, tissue and eye donors; to honor those who have given the gift of life and to celebrate the success of transplantation.   The new online Donor Registry will make it easier for Wisconsin residents to register their decision to be a donor.  The 2010 Games is an Olympic-style event that will bring more than 7,500 transplant recipients, living donors and donor families to Madison from July 30 – August 4 to participate in athletic competitions, special events and recognition ceremonies.  More than 1,500 adults and children in Wisconsin are waiting for the gift of life.   Check the website at www.YesIWillWisconsin.com.
