TEMPO Madison's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is holding the first in a series of events designed to highlight the accomplishments of women of color in our community. This moderated panel discussion features women of color who are the first to hold their respective government positions.
Registration is $30 for TEMPO Madison members and $40 for non-members. Includes a deli wrap buffet lunch.

Dane County Board Supervisor Cecely Castillo
Supervisory Castillo is the first Latina to serve on the Dane County Board.
State Representative Francesca Hong
Representative Hong is the first Asian American member of the Wisconsin State Legislature.
Commissioner Mbainai is the first Black woman to serve as a court commissioner in Dane County.

Ms. Huntley-Cooper is the first Black mayor elected to office in Wisconsin state history.
