TEMPO Madison Cancellation Policy

Event Registration

Unless otherwise stated in event registration or program website, the TEMPO Madison and / or TEMPO Madison Foundation has no obligation to return or refund fees paid to participate in an event or program.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, refunds will not be available to registrants who choose to cancel their registration or choose not to attend an event.

Due to the commitment for products and services that TEMPO Madison must make, no refunds will be given for  monthly luncheon cancellations that occur 7 days or less before the luncheon date. Members who cannot attend the monthly luncheon in-person have the option to use a free livestream of the event.

Event Cancellation by TEMPO Madison

TEMPO Madison reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event nonviable.

If an event is cancelled by TEMPO Madison, registrants may be offered a refund.

In unlikely situations where an event is cancelled due to weather, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, TEMPO Madison may not be able to offer a refund.

NOTE: Discontinuation of the TEMPO Madison Luncheon Gift Card Program

The luncheon gift card program was discontinued in September 2021 when TEMPO Madison transitioned to hybrid luncheon programming.

Gift cards were temporarily provided to members in recognition of the COVID-19 pandemic, which prohibited TEMPO Madison from holding an in-person luncheon for over a year. As of September 2021, members have the option to either attend the monthly luncheon in-person and receive a lunch or utilize a free livestream.
