Corporate and Business Board Members have important oversight responsibilities and are the highest governing authority within the management structure of a business/corporation. While you may have the skills and knowledge to add value to a corporate/business board, it is essential to be able to communicate your background and expertise in a succinct and effective biography.
TEMPO Madison’s Women on Boards is excited to bring back our popular, two-part virtual board bio workshop with ML Wattman. Participants will leave this workshop with a complete (or almost complete) board bio that they can begin using immediately.
Completed bios will be added to Project REACH's Database of Board Candidates, which is available to companies in search of board members or other interested stakeholders.
Registration: $20.00 with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with ML to review your biography

About Mary Lou Wattman, President, Executive Coach, Public Speaking, Author
Mary Lou has 35 years of leadership experience working with Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 companies. She has held leadership positions at Procter and Gamble and International Paper, and P&L, President, COO and board positions at for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
MBA and Certified Coach: Mary Lou holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Marketing and Organizational Behavior, and BA in Business Management and Economic, Cum Laude from North Carolina State University. She is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation and is certified as a Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA) and Professional Motivators Analyst (CPMA).
